Osterlie Technologies started with direct, hands-on experience inside an institution that ran on manual systems. Spreadsheets stood in for software. Group chats stood in for proper workflows. That vantage point, not a market study, is where the studio's premise came from. The most overlooked software opportunities aren't found from a distance. They're found by people already doing the work.
How we're structured
Osterlie Technologies is a product studio, not an agency. We build our own products end to end — we don't take on commissioned client work.
That distinction matters. It means every product we ship reflects a problem we chose to go deep on, not a brief someone else handed us. Fewer products, built properly, beats a wide portfolio built at a distance.
What guides what's next
ShepherdDesk, our first major product, came out of years of direct experience inside churches. The next product won't necessarily come from that same world — it will come from wherever the studio next encounters a real, lived gap between how work happens and the tools meant to support it. We're not following a fixed sector roadmap. We're following the method.
